A story about a boxer who lives around the world of crime and how the new woman in his life is inspiring him to remain a good man.

This will basically be a "we'll shoot when everyone who is doing the particular scene is free on this certain day" type of movie. I'm in no rush to finish it, same with the crew and actors I've already cast. The crew is small. 1 - 3 people only. This will be a very guerrilla-type micro indie film.

I'm just looking for someone who fits the part(s) and is very passionate about film and acting. That's the key thing for me as the filmmaker who is looking for an actor - and that is the passion for what you do. The patience. Being friendly to those around you who may or may not be as talented as you are in terms of acting. Some of the actors in this movie will be quite new to acting. This film is being shot in the East Bay.

A boxer who doesn't really know himself. He's so-so and quiet most of the time, but when provoked -- he is vicious. He despises venal individuals, but deep down he's just as desperate as the villains around him. But he fights it, caging the beast in him. There is humanity to him, though. He just wants his own family with the woman he loves, who breaks his heart in the first act.
