Event Dates & Times: Staff must be able to work all/majority of events if interested
Friday, May 24th: 4:30PM-10:00PM
Saturday, May 25th: 11:00AM-4:00PM
Sunday, May 26th: 11:00AM-4:00PM
Tuesday, May 28th: 8:30AM-3:30PM
Wednesday, May 29th: 8:30AM-10:00PM
Thursday, May 30th: 8:30AM-3:30PM-Shift 1
Thursday, May 30th: 10:45AM-3:45PM- Shift 2
Friday, May 31st: 8:30AM-3:30PM
Monday June 3rd: 8:30AM-3:30PM
Tuesday, June 4th: 8:30AM-10:00PM
Wednesday, June 5th: 10:45AM-3:45PM


Event Location:
Teams will be meeting at one location for training and then will be assigned to banking centers or baseball stadiums around the Los Angeles area

Brand Ambassador Objectives:
Confidently approach event attendees
Distribute product literature and samples
Encourage visitors to take photos to express thanks to the troops
Let visitors know of the banks involvement with baseball and the thank the troops program
Upload photos to website
Deliver key messages
Maintain orderly and neat event area
Light promo set-up & break-down

Brand Ambassadors Must Be:
18 years of age or older
Must have own car or reliable transportation both to training location and banking center/stadium
Well-groomed & fit (no visible tattoos or facial piercings)
Articulate, polite & excited about working w/public
Prompt, responsible, & hard-working
Able to stand entire event
Know how to use iPads and upload photos
Comfortable working outdoors
Able to get to event & training on own as transportation costs are NOT reimbursed
Experienced in working events & promotions
