This summer Digital Media Academy will be offering a new course titled "DMA Studio: Music Video Production" This two week Music Video Production Program takes students through everything involved with making and producing a music video. The exciting, fast-paced environment of a working music video & studio production facility is reproduced on the campus of Stanford University.

Students become an integral part of a working studio production team, learning every aspect of music video production – pre-production, video camera operation, film, sound & special effects editing, location shoots and post production. Immersed in an amazingly authentic learning experience taught by industry professionals, students learn by doing in a studio environment. Students are teamed with an up and coming band that provide the music, while direct Q&A; sessions with Instructors, musicians, producers and other working music industry professionals give each student personalized feedback.

We are currently looking for a band that will fit the bill. The band must be professional, timely, and excited about the opportunity to work with students. The course will be taught by Industry Professionals who have directed 100's of Music Videos. The goal is to have students involved in the production and output of a professional grade music video. It is our goal to create the highest production value possible.

Deliverables to the band will be:
1 Music Video
1 Live Show Video
1 EPK (Electronic Press Kit)

Room and Board plus Per Diem is negotiable DOE. Deliverables subject to change through negotiations with band.

Though the course spans two weeks the band will only need to be present on Thursday July 21 and Friday July 22. These days will be production days for shooting the Music Video and Friday night will be a concert, put on by the selected band, that will also be filmed and cut as a Live Show Video for the band.
